Our Mission

The mission of the 911birthcontrol.org website is to increase Kentucky women's knowledge about and improve access to emergency contraception and other reproductive health choices.

On this site you will find accurate information about emergency contraception derived from resources like not-2-late.org (operated by Princeton University, Office of Population Research, and the Association of Reproductive Health Professionals), and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

This site also provides information about EC accessibility in your county, updates on the current politics affecting access to EC and other reproductive healthcare services, and possible action steps to make EC more accessible in your community.
